Their first album together, "Don't Explain", charted directly at number 17 in Germany last year - now blues singer Beth Hart and guitar god Joe Bonamassa present the long-awaited follow-up: "Seesaw". Beth's raw and powerful blues rock voice envelops the classic soul covers played by Bonamassa and his first-class band, with whom he already toured to sold-out houses in 2013 and climbed straight to number 10 in the Media Control Charts with the album "An Acoustic Evening At The Vienna Opera House". "Beth's voice is very reminiscent of Janis Joplin and Etta James," says producer Kevin Shirley. "These songs allowed her to showcase her voice and her inner self like never before. She did a fantastic job!" Joe and Beth's tour paths have crossed many times and they have often played the same European festivals. In the spring of 2010, Joe finally saw one of Beth's shows in London and immediately suggested a project together. Shortly afterwards, they released "Don't Explain". Two years later, the follow-up "Seesaw" is now being released with eleven new tracks. It contains covers of Billie Holiday ("Them There Eyes"), Melody Gardot ("If I Tell You I Love You"), Etta James ("A Sunday Kind Of Love") and of course the title track "Seesaw" by soul legend Aretha Franklin.
