"U2: Best Of 1990 - 2000", the second installment of U2 "Best Of" albums, will cover the period from 1990 to 2000, and the total of 16 tracks found on the work are the highlights of the albums "Achtung Baby", "Zooropa", "Passengers: Original Soundtracks 1", "Pop" and "All That You Can't Leave Behind". Furthermore, two brand new songs were recorded especially for this album: "Electrical Storm", which will also be released as a single, and "The Hands That Built America", which will be featured on the soundtrack to Martin Scorsese's film "The Gangs Of New York". Furthermore, four songs - "Discothèque", "Gone", "Numb" and "Staring At The Sun" - were reworked from scratch by producer Mike Hedges.
