"Tug of War" was released in 1982 and was Paul's first solo album after the death of John Lennon, whose memory is poignantly portrayed on the track "Here Today". The album reunited him with producer George Martin and featured two duets with Stevie Wonder, one of which, "Ebony And Ivory", reached number one on both sides of the Atlantic. The sessions were so successful that a number of songs were adopted for "Pipes of Peace", which was released in 1983. After its release, "Tug of War" was nominated for a Grammy for Album of the Year in 1983. Remixed in 2015. Includes inner sleeve and white booklet with the Japanese translations of the song lyrics.
