Paul McCartney & Wings: Wild Life 50th Anniversary (LP)

Paul McCartney fans take note: The ex-Beatle presents two deluxe reissues of his band Wings in 2018, namely "Wild Life" and "Red Rose Speedway". The reissues are part of McCartney's archive collection, which also spawned the reissue of the Wings albums "Venus And Mars" and "Wings At The Speed Of Sound". "Wild Life" is the band's debut album, the third album by Paul McCartney after the breakup of the Beatles. It was originally released on December 7, 1971. Exactly 47 years later, reissues are now being released on double CD and double LP, as well as the limited super deluxe edition with three CDs and DVD. In addition to the remastered album, the latter includes 25 bonus tracks, including previously unreleased material. The "Wild Life" package is rounded off by a 128-page book with info on the history of the album and new interviews with McCartney. There is also a 48-page booklet with tour diaries, lyrics and set lists, unpublished photos, notes and memorabilia.
