10 albums in 22 years! Elbow release their new and tenth studio album "Audio Vertigo". Elbow return in March with their tenth studio album "Audio Vertigo". recorded in 2023 at Migration Studios in Gloucestershire and Dairy Studios in London and mixed at Blueprint Studios in Salford, the album marks a significant step for the group following 2021's "Flying Dream 1". In the words of lead singer and lyricist Guy Garvey, "'Audio Vertigo' was born out of gnarly, grungy grooves we created playing together in garage spaces", and is both more direct and sonically varied than its predecessor. "We referenced The Meters, Beastie Boys, Sly and Family Stone, Jimi Hendrix, Arctics, Queens of the Stone Age, Bolan, Tom Waits, Public Enemy and Alison Moyet and that's just the opening song," says singer Guy Garvey about the album. Fans will get to know a new side of Elbow in "Audio Vertigo". It's an escapist album that conveys a sense of freedom, still carried by Mark Potter's unique guitar riffs and Pete Turner's catchy basslines.
