Thin Lizzy: Live And Dangerous (SHM-CD)

"Live And Dangerous" was released in 1978 and is probably one of the best live albums of all time. It was recorded in London and Toronto in 1977, during the tours for the albums "Johnny The Fox" and "Bad Reputation". "Live And Dangerous" was originally planned as a studio album. The collaboration with producer Tony Visconti, with whom Thin Lizzy had enjoyed great success with their previous album "Bad Reputation", was a reason for the group to work with him again. However, as Visconti had a very tight schedule, Phil Lynott came up with the idea that they should spend two weeks together putting together a live album instead. This SHM CD title, which has never been available outside Japan, is produced in Japan and is available worldwide for the first time. Includes the white booklet with the Japanese translations of the lyrics. SHM-CD (Super High Material CD) is a high quality CD that is fully compatible with all CD players. SHM-CD uses a polycarbonate material originally developed for LCD screens. The improved transparency of SHM-CD results in greater clarity, depth and definition of sound and brings the listener even closer to the music of the original master.
