Thin Lizzy: Life - Live (2 SHM-CD)

"Life" (subtitled "Live" and labeled "Life: Live" on the original vinyl LP editions) is the final album by Irish rock band Thin Lizzy from 1983. The album was recorded during their 1983 farewell tour, mainly at the Hammersmith Odeon in London. Phil Lynott felt it was time to disband the group after the 1983 tour, and to mark the occasion, former Thin Lizzy guitarists Eric Bell, Brian Robertson and Gary Moore took to the stage at the end of these performances to play a few numbers. During the performance of "The Rocker", all the guitarists played simultaneously (Moore, John Sykes, Scott Gorham, Robertson and Bell), making a total of eight members on stage at the same time. This SHM CD title, which has never been available outside Japan, is produced in Japan and is available worldwide for the first time. Includes the white booklet with the Japanese translations of the lyrics. SHM-CD (Super High Material CD) is a high quality CD that is fully compatible with all CD players. SHM-CD uses a polycarbonate material originally developed for LCD screens. The improved transparency of SHM-CD results in greater clarity, depth and definition of sound and brings the listener even closer to the music of the original master.
