Described by himself simply as a "project", the album combines "untitled unmastered." Studio versions of those nameless tracks that Kendrick Lamar has presented on various TV shows over the last few months, including "The Colbert Report", "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and most recently as part of his celebrated Grammy performance in L.A., where he integrated a third, unreleased song into his set alongside "The Blacker The Berry" and "Alright".
