Cardigans: The Rest Of The Best (Vol. 2) (2LP)

The Cardigans compilation albums "The Rest Of The Best", Vol. 1 & 2 include some of the band's recordings that were released between 1994 and 2006 as B-sides on singles, soundtracks and as bonus tracks on Japanese, French and British versions of their albums. Volume 1 comprises 20 tracks and Volume 2 rounds off the project with a further 16 tracks. The artwork is based on photos by photographer Martin Bogren, who has worked with the band from the beginning. The 1CD version contains a 16-page booklet, the 2LP formats are pressed on 140g black vinyl. "We are very happy to release these compilations. Songs that were not on our studio albums for various reasons. Now our audience can listen through all the B-sides in chronological order, and it's a pure joy to reminisce all the way back to 1993.
