Green Day: Father of All

Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool recorded ten songs for "Father of All". Together they come to just 26 minutes, which is why "Father of All..." is also the shortest Green Day album to date. That, in turn, does not mean that it is not enough. Quite the opposite: The cult punks from the USA have put all their energy into these songs. And you can hear that right away in the rousing title track, which was already released in September 2019. In addition, it becomes clear: If their last album was still quite punk rock, Green Day now venture even more into other musical directions. The band talks about Soul, Motown and Glam. Of course, they don't do without rich guitars.
