Maneskin: Teatro D'Ira Vol I

he 2021 ESC winners' new album. "Teatro d'ira: Vol. 1" is Måneskin's second studio album, which like its predecessor reached No. 1 in the Italian charts. The album includes the singles "Vent'anni" and the Sanremo and Eurovision 2021 winner "Zitti e buoni". Victoria tells us, "We got much better at articulating our direction and what we wanted to accomplish. Years of experience helped us understand the difference in sounds, from amps to pedalboards. We decided to record it in this studio where we lived, and we recorded everything live. We wanted to keep that raw flavor that is typical of a band and let you hear our three instruments and Damiano's voice, without buildups and additions. This is a big difference from the first album, because Teatro d'Ira is conceived in a live perspective. We said to ourselves, let's make something that can be played only by the three of us and where you can hear what each instrument is doing. We're very happy with the sound we've achieved, even if it's perhaps a bit atypical today." "There was a lot of experimentation and also a lot of attention to detail - Thomas adds - both in the choice of sounds and Damiano's vocals.
