Recorded in impressive cinema quality during the celebrated "The World of Hans Zimmer - A New Dimension" tour and garnished with spectacular scenes from the original films, Hans Zimmer's epic music is staged in a very special way in this concert film. You can experience 17 of Hans Zimmer's best-known compositions as new, large-scale orchestral suites. The highlights of the more than two-hour film include the cello concerto-style "Final Ascent" from No Time to Die, the atmospheric "A Time of Quiet Between the Storms" from Dune: Part Two and a monumental suite with themes from "The Prince of Egypt". In addition, Hans Zimmer revisits one of his classics from the 1990s with his "The Rock" suite. As musical director and curator, Hans Zimmer is personally responsible for the arrangements and the design of the concert series "The World of Hans Zimmer". Although he will not be on stage himself at the regular concerts on the tour, he will be taking part in the one-off concert in Krakow and can be experienced on stage alongside his longstanding musical companions. Among others, Pedro Eustache, Lisa Gerrard and Lebo M. will be there, accompanied by the Odessa Orchestra & Friends and the Nairobi Chamber Choir under the direction of Gavin Greenaway.
