The Kinks announce the third and final part of their very special anthology series: "The Journey - Part 3". "Part 3" covers their transformative RCA/Arista period from 1977 to 1984, a time when the band finally broke through in America, leaving behind their legendary pop and experimental phases and returning to a fresh and incisive style of classic songwriting that testifies to their own distinctly British self-image. CD 1/ LP1 contains classics and hits from this period, personally selected by the band and remastered from the original sampler and production tapes, including "Come Dancing", "Destroyer" and "Living On A Thin Line". CD 2/LP 2 contains previously unreleased recordings of the band's hit-packed performance at the Royal Albert Hall in July 1993, including captivating renditions of "You Really Got Me" and "Till The End of the Day" among many others.
