Recorded during their acclaimed "Works" tour in 1977, this live album from Emerson, Lake & Palmer captures the band at the height of their creativity as they perform songs from their legendary repertoire. A particular highlight of the album are the recordings of their legendary August 26, 1977 concert at Montreal's Olympic Stadium, where the band performed in front of a sold-out audience of 78,000 and together with a 64-piece orchestra.
Now available as a stand-alone release for the first time in almost 30 years, "Works Live" presents a band that pushed the boundaries of their genre and live performance to a new level, shaping an entire generation of artists for years to come.
