"Industry & Seduction" is the first retrospective of the Thompson Twins, curated in collaboration with band members Tom Bailey, Alannah Currie and Joe Leeway. The collection brings together music from across their groundbreaking career, capturing the full evolution of one of the most adventurous and inventive pop bands of the 1980s. It also includes music from their later, critically overlooked project 'Babble'.
From early experimental pieces and underground curiosities to worldwide hits such as "Hold Me Now", "Love On Your Side", "Doctor! Doctor!" and "We Are Detective", the collection highlights the band's constant reinvention - from art school chaos to flawless pop and dub-influenced dance to dreamy post-rave soundscapes. It's a bold, brilliant musical journey based on contrasts: Digital boundaries meet emotional appeal - "Industry & Seduction".
