Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds: No More Shall We Part

While the predecessor was musically very reduced and characterized by very personal themes, "No More Shall We Part" is again carried much more by the collaboration with the Bad Seeds and lyrically Cave turns to more general descriptions. This does not mean that he leaves the self-chosen canon of love, loss and death. It's just that his humor flashes through more often. Warren Ellis' string arrangements give most of the songs a special sparkle.
