Supersilent: 9

After 12 years as a quartet drummer Jarle Vespestad decided to call it a day before the start of recording sessions at Oslo_s famous Rainbow Studios. This spurred two further sessions, one taking place at Henie Onstad Art Centre with all three members playing Hammond organs. This album is put together from that session, but we doubt anyone would figure out the instrumentation without prior knowledge. It_s also fair to say that "SUPERSILENT 9" as a whole goes a long way towards being the most avant garde and otherworldly recording the band has done so far.
