Motörhead: On Parole

"On Parole" features the very first recordings Motörhead ever made. Although completed in 1976, their label postponed the release until 1979, but the album still marks the start for one of the most important bands in rock history. Not only did Motörhead's uncompromising sound represent a paradigm shift, but also the fact that Lemmy made his final appearance here as the band's frontman, becoming one of rock's most legendary, influential and acclaimed figures almost by accident. "On Parole" was released in 1979 as the fourth release of the band.
