Tesla’s album *Homage*, set for release in 2026, features 14 songs, including a reimagining of “I Love You”: a new studio recording of the Climax Blues Band’s original.
This isn’t the only cover of a song by another artist featured on the album; for the most part, “Homage” consists of interpretations of songs from the world of soul and R&B.
“Homage is meant to put our singer Jeff Keith in the spotlight,” says guitarist Frank Hannon. “But we’ve also included some more obscure tracks, such as songs by the Temptations. Jeff picked out most of the songs. And with ‘Never Alone,’ we also have a new Tesla song to offer.”
