Stanley Clarke: School Days

School Days is the fourth album by Stanley Clarke and one of the highlights of his prolific career. Originally releases in 1976 the album is a perfect example of Jazz Fusion at its best and Clarke's creativity and presence are felt thoughout every track. From the sauntering ballad "Quiet Afternoon" to the Brazilian percussion laced number "The Dancer" the album is one of the most innovative of its kind. As well as Stanley's blistering guitar work School Days also features great solos from the likes of Raymond Gomez and David Sancious.
