To celebrate the tenth anniversary of their album "Sinners Never Sleep," You Me At Six have announced three 10th Anniversary Editions.
The album will be released on vinyl for the first time ever in 2022. Also coming are two Deluxe Editions with three CDs and three LPs on Colored Vinyl, respectively.
"Sinners Never Sleep" is the third studio album by the English rock band. It was originally released on October 3, 2011.
During the tour for their second studio album "Hold Me Down" (2010), the band began songwriting. Between March and May 2011, they recorded with producer Garth Richardson at Sunset Sound and The Sound Factory in Los Angeles, California. Along the way, vocalist Josh Franceschi suffered a panic attack, which resulted in him being hospitalized and the band losing time in the studio. Described as an alternative rock and pop-rock album, "Sinners Never Sleep" was a departure from the pop-punk sound of their earlier releases. Nevertheless, it reached number two on the charts in Scotland and number three in the UK. Singles released were "Loverboy," "Bite My Tongue," "No One Does It Better," and "Reckless."
