Led by Walter Becker and Donald Fagen, Steely Dan released 7 albums between 1972 and 1980. Countdown To Ecstasy is the band's second album from 1973, which includes such well-known tracks as "Bodhisattva", "Show Biz Kids" and "My Old School". Countdown To Ecstasy was also the record on which Fagen became the lead singer of Steely Dan. It has been carefully remastered by Bernie Grundman from the original analog tapes and is pressed on black 180-gram 33 1/3 RPM vinyl.
