The Swedish and Grammy-awarded (Album & Artist of the Year 2012 for "Wounded Rhymes") exceptional artist Lykke Li releases her fifth studio album "Eyeye"! It is the singer's most intimate project to date, for which she reunited with her longtime collaborator Björn Yttling, with whom she last worked together on the 2014 album "I Never Learn" and who also produced "Wounded Rhymes" (incl. her biggest hit "I Follow Rivers"). After releasing four studio albums, Lykke was determined to use a completely different and new sound palette for "Eyeye" in the process. Recorded in her Los Angeles bedroom, the album is Lykke's attempt to compress a wealth of romantic obsessions and fantasies into the eight songs. The result is a shimmering 33-minute carousel ride through emotional hyperspace, with stripped-down production, swirling analog synths and massive hooks.
